With a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Texas State University-San Marcos (2007), I bring unique expertise when you’re looking for a CBT therapist in Austin. My specialized training includes treating sleep issues (insomnia, nightmares, circadian rhythm disorders, hypersomnia), PTSD, OCD, RODBT, and chronic pain.
Prior to my private practice, I gained valuable experience in a hospital setting.
