Let's Start by Understanding What's Going On
Most people don't contact me the first time they have trouble sleeping. Usually they've spent months—or years—trying to figure it out on their own.
By the time they reach out, they've often tried advice from friends, articles online, medications, supplements, podcasts, and every sleep tip they could find.
Reaching out isn't the beginning of the effort. It's usually what people do after they've already put in an incredible amount of work on their own.
You might be questioning whether any of this can actually work or whether it will just be one more disappointment. That's fair.
I can't promise specific results, but I can promise that the recommendations I make are grounded in the best available research, established treatment guidelines, and the evidence-based practices of Behavioral Sleep Medicine.
We're not guessing. We're choosing treatments because they have been carefully studied and shown to help people with the kinds of sleep problems we're treating.

My fully online practice serves adults who are physically located in Texas at the time of each session and focuses primarily on behavioral sleep medicine, including structured treatment for insomnia, chronic nightmares, circadian rhythm disorders, PAP or CPAP adherence difficulties, and the day-to-day effects of narcolepsy and idiopathic hypersomnia.
I also work with a limited number of clients seeking Pain Reprocessing Therapy, Radically Open DBT, and ERP for OCD.

What to expect from here
After you submit the contact form, I’ll email you with possible times for a free 15-minute phone consultation. I’ll call at the time we choose, and we’ll discuss what has been going on, whether my services are a good fit, and what treatment may involve. You’ll have an opportunity to ask questions before deciding whether to schedule your first appointment. All therapy sessions take place through a HIPAA-compliant version of Google Meet.
Complete the form below and I'll usually respond within one business day. Inquiries received on evenings, weekends, or holidays will be responded to next business day.
This secure form is hosted through my HIPAA-compliant Google Workspace account. I’ll use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry and determine whether my services may be a good fit. Submitting the form does not establish a therapist-client relationship.
